Frustrated with Tesla Delivery and Poor Customer Support – Unresponsive After Payment

I’m writing to warn potential Tesla buyers about my experience. It all started with a test drive, followed by constant calls every two days asking if I planned to buy the car. I appreciated the attention and decided to proceed, even paying the deposit on 02/08/2024. At that point, I was told delivery would be in September-October. That’s when the problems began. Tesla only communicates through email, and the process moves incredibly slowly – slower than slow. I emailed them two days ago with a few questions, asking for a callback, and I’ve still received no response.
Despite paying, I can't even get a simple answer about when my car will arrive. After finally finding a contact number and explaining my frustration, the representative told me the issue wasn’t Tesla’s fault but mine – that I just needed to wait. No one listens or cares. I regret this purchase and wish I hadn’t paid the deposit. Tesla has major communication issues, and I feel obligated to warn other consumers about the frustrating experience. Tesla is a regretful choice!
