Tesla Model Y Delivery Delayed and Extra Tax Burden Frustrates Me

I ordered a Tesla Model Y (order number RN122807583) on October 5 and was promised delivery within November. After making full payment, I was repeatedly contacted by customer representatives confirming this timeframe. However, the delivery has now been delayed to December 26.
The lack of customer service is appalling—no one takes responsibility, and I’m constantly told the issue is related to customs. My inconvenience seems to matter to no one at Tesla. On top of this, I’ve been informed that I’ll need to pay the 2024 annual tax for a vehicle delivered just five days before year-end. Paying six months’ tax for five days of use feels utterly unfair. I deeply regret choosing Tesla and demand a prompt resolution.
Progress
The car I ordered on October 5th was delivered with great difficulty on December 18th, and on December 19th it broke down in front of my house. The reason was some issues that prevented it from charging were identified, and the car was taken away by a tow truck. It is a complete disappointment.

As of December 20th, I am without a car again, and they didn't even provide a replacement vehicle. It is unclear when the car will return. It's a total disappointment, and everyone around me is mocking, asking if this is what technology is supposed to be.
