Waiting for VIN Assignment for My Tesla Model Y Ordered on July 11

I placed an order for a Tesla Model Y on July 11 and have been waiting for the VIN assignment. Over the past two days, I’ve noticed that VINs are being assigned to people who ordered in July, including someone who ordered on July 28—two weeks after my order. There are several other examples like this.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that my package is different and not standard, but the customers who received their VINs also had different packages, so I feel like I’m being misled. I’ve already been waiting for two months, and it’s frustrating to see others who ordered later receiving their assignments first. I’m requesting that VINs be assigned in the correct order, based on when the orders were placed, so that customers aren’t left feeling disappointed and unfairly treated.
