I'd like to take a moment to air my grievances against Tencent Games and their battle royale game PUBG. As a loyal player for a very long time, I've invested hundreds of hours and dollars into this game. But last week, I received an unfair punishment that completely blindsided me. The game admins accused me of cheating to get UCs (in-game currency) and confiscated all the UCs I had bought on my account, without any evidence to back up their claims. I immediately reached out to the Tencent Games developers, but of course they just defended their own game admins and didn't even bother to properly investigate the situation. It's a complete lack of respect for their paying customers. They just took my money and banned me without any proper reason. I'm extremely disappointed in Tencent Games and the way they handle their game and the players. I will never play on their site again and I would suggest anyone considering playing PUBG to think twice before investing their time and money into this game. They don't deserve it.
