I Bought UC in PUBG but Got Banned for Unknown Debt

I made a purchase of UC in PUBG, buying three packages in total. Right after that, my account was banned for an alleged “debt”, but I was never told what the debt was for or how it happened. I’ve now been banned for a week without explanation, and I still haven’t received the UC I paid for.

Meanwhile, ₺1,650 was charged to my card, and that money hasn’t been refunded either. I’m completely in the dark — no communication, no resolution, just a suspended account and missing in-game currency.

I demand that my UC be delivered or my money refunded immediately, and that this ban due to a vague “debt” be fully investigated and lifted. This is unfair treatment for a paying player, and I expect Tencent to resolve this without delay.
