LocationTool Charged Unauthorized Subscription After R24 One-Time Phone Lookup Fee

I used the LOCA-TOOL.COM service to try to locate a lost phone and was informed that there would be a once-off charge of R24. I entered my Capitec bank card details and paid R24, but after the payment, I realized that they were not actually going to help me with locating my phone as implied. I also did not receive any email, SMS, or confirmation from LOCA-TOOL.COM for this transaction; the only record is on my bank statement, where the description appears as “FEE FARGO”. Today I received R800 into my account, and shortly afterwards I got a notification from Capitec that a payment attempt exceeded my limit. LOCA-TOOL.COM tried to take R585 from my account as a subscription charge that I never agreed to. Fortunately, I had already moved my money out of my main account, so this R585 payment did not go through. I am very uncomfortable that my card details are still being used for unauthorized payment attempts after a single R24 fee. I request an immediate refund of the R24 that was taken from my account, the full cancellation of any subscription or recurring payments associated with my details, and the complete deletion of my card information from your system. I also want written confirmation that my subscription, if any, has been cancelled and that no further charges will be attempted on my account.
