I ordered several items from Temu two months before July and returned three of them. Since February 21, I’ve been waiting for my refund, and still—nothing has been credited to my account. It’s been nearly two months, and all I keep hearing from support is the same excuse.
I’ve spoken to five different representatives already. Despite all my efforts, they only issue me store credit instead of returning my actual money. They tell me I can use the credit if I order again online—but I don’t want store credit. I want the ₺ refund I’m rightfully owed. I don’t even have money to place another order!
I’m still complaining, and I’ll keep fighting until I get my refund. Temu, stop stalling and return the money to my account now. Enough of this nonsense.
