Temu Refunds For Returned Items Never Reached My Card Despite Claims

I placed an order on Temu on July 8, and my items were delivered on July 18, 2025. Since two of the products were not what I needed, I immediately returned them the next day.
For the first returned product, Temu informed me that the refund had been processed on July 28 to my financial institution and that it would reflect on my card by August 27 at the latest. However, when I contacted my financial institution, they confirmed that no refund transaction was ever initiated, meaning the issue is not with the bank at all.
For the second returned product, Temu claimed the refund was processed on August 25, but again, no amount has been credited to my card. I have written to Temu customer service multiple times, but I only receive the same generic, copy-paste responses with no real resolution.
As of today, I am still waiting for my refunds, and this situation is highly frustrating. I demand that Temu immediately investigate these missing refunds and ensure the amounts are credited to my card without further delay. Customers should not be left chasing after their own money after following the correct return process.
