I made a purchase from Temu on July 28, 2024, and requested a refund after the products arrived months later than the promised dates. On September 11, 2024, Temu informed me that a refund was issued to my card and should be available by October 11. However, when I contacted Garanti Bank customer service, they stated that no such refund was processed.
The refund reference number provided by Temu (TP-203-02589018225272729-p02) does not match any refund in Garanti’s system, and they indicated that the length of the reference number is incorrect. Despite multiple discussions with Temu, they have not provided proper documentation to verify the refund.
I am requesting that the payment be made to my account immediately. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate the matter through legal channels.
