Temu Orders Stuck as “Packed” for Weeks Without Shipping
I placed around twenty different orders with Temu in June, approximately between the 24th and the 26th, and we are now in July, yet I still have not received my packages. When I check the status, some orders are only showing as “packed” and Temu even says some of them have not been shipped at all. Despite a whole month passing, they are still unable to give me any clear delivery date or explanation about where my items are and why they are not in transit. I have contacted Temu customer service many times and have texted with what feels like dozens of different agents. My hand is tired from constantly messaging them, and every time I receive different, inconsistent answers that feel like lies rather than real information. No one has properly explained the cause of the delay or taken responsibility, even though Temu has already taken my money. I do not want a refund; I want my orders. I expect Temu to immediately ship all my pending items, provide accurate tracking information, and clearly explain why my orders from June are still not in transit after all this time. I find this situation very unprofessional, and I want Temu to urgently resolve this and make sure my packages are delivered without any further delay.
