I ordered a package from Temu which successfully cleared customs and was subsequently handed over to Hepsijet for delivery within Turkey. Despite receiving a delivery notification yesterday, July [date], my package failed to arrive. I took the day off work to ensure someone was home to receive the delivery.
After multiple calls to Hepsijet customer service, I was given conflicting information. Initially, I was told the package was delayed and would arrive by 9 PM. Subsequently, I was informed that the package was either returned due to inadequate packaging (which is illogical as it cleared customs) or delivered to the wrong branch.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Hepsijet's handling of this situation. The inconsistent information provided by your customer service representatives, A***, B****, and T****, is unacceptable. I insist that my package (tracking number WWETA000722303TE) be delivered without further delay. The condition of the packaging is not a concern of mine.
