I made a purchase from the Temu website, and my package, which was supposed to be delivered on July 13th, got held up in customs. On July 20th, it was supposedly out for delivery. I stayed home all day waiting for the package, unable to go out for fear of missing it.
Then, HepsiJet sent a message saying my address couldn't be identified. I contacted customer service, and they created a new delivery record. I'm hoping the package will finally be delivered to me now.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. The delay at customs was already disappointing, but the subsequent issues with HepsiJet have only added to my stress. It's disheartening to be stuck at home waiting for a delivery that doesn't arrive as promised.
These delivery companies, especially HepsiJet, don't even deserve a single point in my rating. Their service has been subpar, with poor communication and unreliable delivery attempts.
