Since then, I have tried emailing and using every contact option I could find on their site, but I have not been able to get my refund processed or resolve the issue. I am especially frustrated that I am being pushed around instead of simply having my money returned for an order I tried to cancel right away. Through this complaint, I am requesting a full refund of $91.11 to be credited back to my card ending in 0329 as soon as possible, and I want the cancellation of this order to be confirmed in writing.
