Temu Order Canceled But Refund Not Received on Credit Card

I placed an order worth ₺1,181 through the Temu mobile app, but I canceled the order shortly afterward. I received a cancellation confirmation, but even after waiting some time, the refund has not been credited back to my Halkbank credit card account.

I reached out to Temu customer service, but they haven’t provided any solution or explanation. This is the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this, and I want my problem to be resolved. I request that my money be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
