Temu Missing Item Problem

I placed my first order on Temu—4 items in total. Three were fine, but one was a costume set (a top and bottom), and the pants were missing. After speaking to around 20 live agents (though I suspect they were all chatbots), I was told they had confirmed the item was packed. Eventually, I gave up and opted for the return and refund process, but it felt like navigating a labyrinth. I'm on the verge of deleting the app for good—after tossing it in the trash.
