I Face Baseus Bowie D05 Right Ear Audio Failure After Several Months Of Use
I purchased my Baseus Bowie D05 headphones on July 10, 2025. Starting in November 2025, the sound on the right side began to deteriorate. I had to adjust and move the headphones into certain positions to get sound from the right side, and I continued using them this way for approximately 7 months after the issue first appeared.
Around February 2026, the right side stopped producing any sound completely. The structure of the headphones felt much more flexible compared to other headphones I had used before, and I believe the internal cables may have been damaged because of this design. I would also like to mention that the headphones do not fit securely on my head, which makes them difficult to use while moving around.
Since I lost the warranty document, I did not contact the company or an authorized service center, so no official support or resolution process was started. I have already purchased a new pair of headphones, and I am not currently requesting any repair, replacement, or refund from Baseus.
