I Face Baseus Bowie H1 ANC Failure After Only 5 Months Of Use

17

My Baseus Bowie H1 headphones, which I purchased online approximately 5 months ago, started having an issue last week where the ANC feature on the right side stopped working. While there is no problem with the left side, the active noise cancellation function being disabled only on the right ear significantly affects the overall user experience.

Although I paid around $29–$33 for the headphones, experiencing this type of failure after such a short period has been very disappointing. I have not contacted the seller or Baseus customer service yet, but I want this issue to be evaluated and resolved under warranty.

I request a warranty repair or, if possible, a replacement for my Baseus Bowie H1 headphones. I kindly ask that the necessary inspection be completed and that I receive a response as soon as possible.

"I contacted the Baseus headphone company. I discussed the headphones I bought from Amazon. They took it under review and said to contact us if you can't resolve it on Amazon. I couldn't resolve it on Amazon because there is no authorized service. I emailed the company. They responded to the email and made the payment. After I sent my bank details, the amount was deposited into my account. I thank the Baseus company and its employees."
