Temu Did Not Send the Missing Item From My Order

The order arrived, but the material was missing. Moreover, Temu neither apologized, nor refunded the money, nor did the missing item arrive later. I trusted that they would send the missing material, so I waited, and now the one-month return period has passed. Unfortunately, nothing was delivered. Please don’t mislead people or break their trust—this is how companies lose credibility and eventually go bankrupt. There’s no point in uploading photos anymore because I won’t be shopping here again.
