Temu Did Not Refund My Canceled Order Despite Claiming They Did

On February 19, I accidentally made a purchase on Temu and immediately canceled it, but although they claim the refund was processed to my account, no refund has appeared on my bank statement. For the past three months, I’ve been going back and forth between Enpara and Temu, and no one is helping. Temu insists the transaction was reviewed and the refund issued, while QNB, the bank behind my Enpara card, says no such refund exists. They also told me it could take 45 to 200 days to get a response to my dispute. How absurd is that? They’re saying I might get a reply in 200 days. I sent temu.com all my statements since February 19, proving no money was returned.
