Temu Sent My Order Poorly Packaged While Other Items Were Neat
Order 30.12.2024 PO-203-06833206490150631. I have shopped from DESHOICE, a seller on the www.temu.com website, 4 to 5 times separately, and many times I have encountered poorly packaged products from this company, as if they were carelessly thrown away. I reported the issue to TEMU each time, and although they apologized and assured me the situation would be resolved with the next order, nothing changed. Once again, DESHOICE sent the product crumpled as if it were trash, placed it in a bag, and shipped it that way. For everyone to see, I am sharing photos of two different products I purchased from TEMU on the same date and within the same order. As you can see, the gray t-shirt sent by TEMU is crumpled and in poor condition, while the other product was well-packaged and sent neatly. I leave the judgment to everyone’s conscience.
