Temu Sent Only One Watch Even Though My Order Included Two


I’ve made numerous purchases from Temu, and all have been delivered smoothly—until this time. This is the first time I've encountered an incomplete order. I ordered two wristwatches in my latest package, but unfortunately, I only received one. Both watches came with their packaging and tags, but one of them was not included. Initially, I considered it could just be a minor mistake, as my earlier interactions had gone seamlessly. It's difficult to ignore that an item that was clearly listed never arrived. I felt overlooked as a customer. I sincerely hope Temu addresses this issue promptly and sends the missing watch without delay. If things don't improve, my confidence in shopping with them will definitely shift.
