My order was signed and accepted by your Qatar delivery branch, and I received a message stating the items were delivered, but I never received any package for my order number JTE400027924617. I tried calling the phone numbers provided in your delivery message—00974 30246099 and 00974 31275912—but both numbers are fake. I also attempted to contact the customer service number listed for Qatar, and it too is fake; I received a message stating the number is not in service. I am sure many other customers in Qatar are facing similar issues with your delivery office. I request a full investigation into my package, specifically who signed for and received it. I believe your Qatar branch is committing fraud by signing off on deliveries and keeping packages without delivering them to customers. The contact numbers provided via WhatsApp and your website for Qatar are also fake. Please take this case seriously—Temu will destroy its brand reputation if you continue working with dishonest local branches. I look forward to a prompt response and a full refund.
