Temu Customs Clearance And Delivery Problem

Hello, I placed orders for four pieces from the Temu app, one day apart. Some of these orders have been in the customs clearance process for a week, while others are waiting at the airport. When I speak with the customer service representatives, they say don't wait because it's a holiday. When I ask what holiday, they do not respond. I inquire whether my products will be delivered, but they do not respond properly. I'd like to know the current status of my products and the exact delivery date.
