I made a purchase on Temu on April 18, 2025, paying with my credit card. Since I didn’t want my card details saved, I deleted them from the app. However, on May 31, 2025, at 4:44 PM, Temu charged ₺1,609.12 to my İş Bankası credit card without my approval. I never authorized this transaction, and I am extremely upset that my card details were apparently saved without my consent. This unauthorized charge has caused me serious concern, and I have filed a formal complaint with the relevant authorities. Temu must address this breach of trust immediately and refund the unauthorized amount. I expect a prompt resolution to this violation of my rights.
