Temu Charged Me Without Permission for Gift Products in My Order

On October 5, I placed an order on Temu with order number PO-203-07104172119671798, where I was prompted to select a lace-detailed jumpsuit for women and a fleece blanket as gifts, and I completed my order. However, after checking my card transactions, I noticed that ₺1,034.80 had been withdrawn without my knowledge or permission through Lidio Istanbul. When I contacted Temu, I was repeatedly stalled and not provided with any solution. When I spoke with Lidio, they said they were partnered with Temu and that I needed to contact Temu directly. It is completely unacceptable that money was withdrawn from my registered card without my consent and that I was charged for items that were listed as gifts. Additionally, even though my address had changed, the order was automatically created and shipped to my old address without asking me. I contacted my bank, canceled my card, and had a new one issued. I no longer trust Temu. I have been financially and emotionally distressed by this situation and request a full refund of the unauthorized amount along with an explanation.
