Temu Blocked My Account After Entering a Promo Code

On December 1, 2025, while trying to use a promotional gift code on the Temu app, I received a warning saying that I had reached the code entry limit and that a restriction had been placed on my account. Despite trying repeatedly and continuing my attempts late into the night, the system would not accept the code, and I was unable to complete the process or use the reward I earned.
I do not believe I violated any rules, and I feel this restriction is unfair. The phone number registered to my Temu account is **554 *****97. I request that this restriction placed on my account due to the promotional code be removed and that my related promotion/reward be reactivated.
I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed, that the restriction on my account be lifted as soon as possible, and that my inconvenience be resolved.
