My Temu Shipment Possibly Held in Customs, No Movement for Weeks

On October 15, 2025, I placed an order on Temu for an Icradle handmade doll. The delivery time was listed as 32 days, and it was stated that the product would be shipped by ground transportation. However, I believe the item is stuck in customs, and I have not received any shipping updates since November 24.

I paid a total of $41 for this order (PO-203-04910877162870057). The product has not been delivered to me, nor have I received any clear information about the status of the shipment. I request transparent and accurate information regarding my order, and if the item will no longer be delivered, I want a full refund of the amount I paid.

I kindly ask that this uncertainty be resolved as soon as possible and that my issue be addressed promptly.
