Missing Items in My Temu Order

I have been a loyal customer to Temu for several years now, I've bought many many and more things from you guys, and I've only requested returns a very few times. On my last order #PO-037-06065727908391620, I responded to one of your emails offering 3 items for $0.01. I chose the 3 items, plus 12 others, and placed the order. The order was supposed to be delivered between Feb 21 & Mar 1st. Well, I received my order today, but I only received the 12 items I added to the order with the 3 items for $0.01 each. Why did I not receive those items??? I'm very upset about this, as I feel I was fooled. Can someone give and explanation??? Thanks, Irene P****
