I Face Temu ZIP Code Error When Paying With a Prepaid Card

I am a Temu customer in the United States, and today I tried to pay for the items in my cart using a prepaid gift card. When I entered the card information on the payment screen, Temu required a ZIP code, but my prepaid gift card does not have any ZIP code associated with it. Because there is no ZIP code on this type of card, the system keeps taking me back to the ZIP code field and does not allow me to complete my purchase. There is no clear explanation on the payment page about how to use a prepaid gift card in this situation, so I am unable to proceed with my order. I would like Temu to clearly inform me whether I can use this prepaid gift card on your platform and, if it is possible, explain step by step how I should enter the information so that the payment will be accepted. If it is not possible to use such cards, I expect a clear explanation of this limitation, so I do not waste time trying to pay unsuccessfully.
