Complaint About My Temu Package
I am writing regarding a delivery problem with my Temu order and I need urgent assistance to receive my parcel today. My order number is #PU-184-2141752719993099 and the tracking number is D80000530032. I placed this order on 30 May and the last delivery date is showing as 19 June, so I am very worried that the parcel may be returned. According to the tracking information, the driver attempted delivery on Sunday, 14 June at 08:20 but marked it as “unable to locate consignee” because the address on the parcel is unclear. My address is Malamulele Hospital, 09**. I do not have airtime to call CN EXPRESS on +27 10 900 5356, although I already tried before, so I cannot resolve this directly with the courier. To make delivery possible, I will personally wait at the MAIN GATE / SECURITY OFFICE of Malamulele Hospital tomorrow, 15 June, from 09:00 to 12:00 with my ID. My phone number is 0638239***. I kindly request that you urgently escalate this issue to a supervisor and contact CN EXPRESS so that the Malamulele driver is clearly instructed to call me on 0638239*** when he arrives at the main gate, to come directly to the main gate/security at Malamulele Hospital without searching for a street address, and to deliver the parcel only to me and not to anyone else. My clear expectation is that the parcel is delivered to me today at Malamulele Hospital main gate as described, and that it is not returned to the sender. I am asking for your urgent support to coordinate with the courier so that I do not lose my packages.
