I use Telegram on my Samsung Galaxy A13 and for about a week I have not been able to receive the SMS needed to recover my password. When I try to log in and reset my password, Telegram shows a shortened email address for recovery that is not mine. The email shown starts with “am…69”, but my correct email starts with “b…69”. I do not have any email account starting with “am”, so I cannot use that option to access my account. Because of this incorrect and unknown email and the missing SMS, I am completely unable to recover my password and access my Telegram account. I have already sent a query to Telegram support, but I have not received any response yet. I request that my account be verified and my access restored, and that the recovery email associated with my account be corrected to my real email so that I can securely recover my password and continue using Telegram.
