I Reset My Telegram Password, Code Not Sent or Lost, How Will I Get Email Verification?

I deleted my Telegram account, factory reset my phone, and reinstalled the app with a new email address. Unfortunately,  had some trouble re-accessing Telegram after a brief absence. In spite of using the correct password, I am still prompted to enter a confirmation code. Where exactly the code is being sent is a mystery to me. After having to reset my password, still  unable to log in because the system is unable to verify my email addresses. This issue is quite frustrating, as it hinders my ability to access my Telegram account, and the lack of SMS verification adds to the confusion. There appears to be a bug preventing the system from sending the required codes, as I have tried the reset process multiple times without success. I hope to find a solution to this problem promptly as it's impacting my ability to use the Telegram platform effectively. We would be very grateful for any advice or help you can give us to fix this problem.
