I am writing regarding an issue accessing my Telegram account. I lost my previous phone, a Tecno Camon 15 Premier, a few months ago. Since then, whenever I try to set up my Telegram account again, the login code is sent to the old device instead of being delivered to me via SMS or email. I am still using the same phone number, 05550218**, and I can receive SMS messages and calls on this number. However, I no longer have access to the old device where the active Telegram session appears to be, so I cannot view the code being sent there. As a result, I am completely unable to log back into my Telegram account. I respectfully request assistance to regain access through an alternative method—such as receiving the login code by SMS or phone call, or any other secure verification option you can provide—and, if necessary, terminating all active sessions on the lost device. I would like to continue using my existing account without losing my chats and contacts, and I am ready to provide any additional information needed to verify my identity.
