Problems with Replacing a Defective TEKA Hood

About 45 days ago, I purchased a TEKA Thor Kbc 64710 Tcs Bk unit online. The product was delivered to me in a broken condition. Following this, a technical service team inspected the product and prepared a service report confirming the issue. TEKA customer service asked me to send the report and photos of the damage, which I did completely and on time. Despite providing all the requested documents, I have not received any response or solution from TEKA so far. I also have the purchase invoice and the technical service report available and can share them whenever needed. I request that the broken unit be replaced with a proper, brand-new TEKA Thor Kbc 64710 Tcs Bk as soon as possible and that this process be carried out without any further delay.
