Teka Service Negligence Caused Flooding And Major Damage To My Home

I purchased a Teka 114270009 – DF 46700 fully integrated dishwasher, and on 20 October 2025 the authorized service carried out the installation at my home in Muğla, Bodrum. During the installation, the service team did not properly connect the water drainage, which caused a serious water leak. Because of this negligence, my entire kitchen cabinet was exposed to water and became damaged, and my walls have swollen due to moisture. The cabinet now needs to be completely replaced. Since the incident, I have contacted Teka customer service multiple times by phone, explained that my home was flooded and that my cabinets and walls were damaged, yet I have not received any effective response or support. I have not been given any service or complaint number. Each time I call, I am only told that my complaint has been recorded and that I will be called back when they are available, but no one has returned my calls and no authorized person has come to inspect the damage. I expect Teka to take full responsibility for the damage caused by the faulty installation of its authorized service. I request the complete replacement of my damaged kitchen cabinet, repair of the damaged walls, and compensation for all resulting damages and losses. If this matter is not resolved promptly and concretely, I will be forced to pursue my rights through legal channels.
