Tefal Renew Artus Pan Losing Non-Stick Feature After One Month

I purchased a Tefal Renew Artus pan in January 2026 with the clear expectation, based on both the Tefal website and the sales representative’s explanations, that it had non-stick properties. However, starting from February 2026, the pan began to stick in every condition of use. I did not wash the pan in the dishwasher, and despite using it carefully and under different heat and cooking conditions, the food consistently sticks to the surface. Because of this, I contacted Tefal After-Sales Services and the authorized service. They examined the pan but stated that there was no problem and that such pans can have sticking issues. This response directly contradicts the non-stick features advertised on Tefal’s own website and described by the sales representative at the time of purchase. In light of the ongoing sticking problem and the mismatch between the advertised non-stick properties and the actual performance of the product, I request a full refund for the Tefal Renew Artus pan.
