My Tefal Crepe Pan Sticks Despite Proper Care – Requesting Resolution

I purchased a Tefal crepe pan 2-3 months ago from an online shopping site. Despite taking excellent care of it—handwashing and ensuring no scratches—it sticks with everything I try to cook. Even with proper preheating and using oil, the pan fails to perform as expected.

I’ve tried cooking pancakes on medium heat, but they stick so badly that I have to scrape them off by hand. This issue persists regardless of the method I use, while my other pans work perfectly without any problems.

I expected better quality from a brand like Tefal. I request immediate assistance to address this issue. Whether it’s a replacement or another solution, I need a pan that performs as promised.
