Tefal Pans Covered in Scratches After Less Than Four Months

I purchased three Tefal pans through Trendyol: one Tefal Titanium Simply Clean saucepan and one Simply Cook two-piece pan set with a diffusion base, consisting of 20 cm and 26 cm pans. The products were delivered to me on May 19. I specifically chose this brand because I thought smaller and medium-sized pans would be practical during my baby's transition to solid foods, and because I believed Tefal offered higher-quality cookware.

However, in less than four months, both the inside and outside of the pans have become covered in scratches, and the surfaces are now in extremely poor condition. I never used metal utensils. Since I prepare food for my baby, I only washed the pans by hand using milder, more carefully selected detergents. Despite this, the fact that the pans deteriorated so badly in such a short period has raised serious health concerns for me and significantly damaged my trust in the brand. I am now even afraid to prepare my baby's food in these pans. The photos I have attached clearly show their current condition.

I was unable to reach anyone at either Trendyol or Tefal customer service who could properly assist me regarding these products. I have always considered Tefal a quality brand, but I now feel that I was seriously mistaken in this purchase and do not plan to buy from the brand again. I request that the pans be inspected and that an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, be provided so that I am not left to bear the consequences of this issue.
