Tefal Explorer 75 Robot Vacuum Exchange Issue

A year ago, I bought an Explorer 75 model robot vacuum cleaner from the Cesme Tefal store. And that's when it all started. It had its first malfunction about three months after I bought it, and after that, it started to malfunction regularly every three months. The first fault she made was that she did not recognize the prohibited areas. Even though I banned it, it entered the forbidden areas and got tangled in the cables, and damaged our devices. Then it started to hang on the walls and stay until it finished its charge. Finally, it could not find the charging station and started to stay in the rooms by itself. I took it to the service center every time. Each time, it was in the service for about a month, it was said that it was waiting for spare parts, and it was said that the main board was faulty, but so far one fault has been over and another fault has started. Most recently, spare parts are expected at Tefal service for a month. When I called the call center, they told me that I had to wait three more weeks for parts, and if the part did not arrive, they would be replaced. Since I bought it, I have used it for 6 months in total (how much I use it) and it took 6 months for service. As a loyal customer of Tefal, I expect support in this regard. I request that my suffering be removed as soon as possible and that this crazy device is replaced with a real robot as soon as possible. Kind regards
