Tefal Robot Vacuum Keeps Breaking Down, No Solution from Service




I bought a Tefal robot vacuum as a gift for my spouse, but it has been nothing but trouble since day one. The vacuum constantly malfunctions, and I’ve already had to send it for repairs twice within the first month. Each time, the service center claims there’s no issue and sends it back as is, but the problems persist.
I requested a refund or replacement, but they told me it’s only possible if the technical service approves it. How can they approve anything when they refuse to acknowledge the defect? This is beyond frustrating. I will never buy another Tefal product again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Tefal must take responsibility and replace or refund this faulty vacuum immediately.
