Tefal Easy Fry Grill XXL Scratched on First Use!

I recently purchased the Tefal Easy Fry Grill XXL from Hepsiburada, and after using it for the first time, I noticed that the area where the grill is inserted and removed got scratched. When I talked to customer service, they told me they couldn't help with the scratches and suggested that maybe I didn't insert it properly. But I've never had problems like this with coated products in the past. If it scratches easily when you use it normally, why not make it permanent instead of removable? We're willing to spend more for good quality, but now I've lost all faith in the brand. I should have chosen a less expensive option. I'm not happy with Tefal's customer service either. I don't think we can find a solution. I'm not sure what to do; I've spent so much money for only two uses.
