I Am Waiting for a Refund for Unauthorized Hotel Booking.com Charge From Akbank

On March 30, 2025, a transaction of ₺29,657.34 was made through "Hotel at Booking.com" on my credit card without my authorization. No verification code (OTP) or approval was requested from me for this transaction. As soon as I noticed it, I immediately contacted the bank, had my card blocked, and requested a new card to be issued. I also filed a dispute regarding the unauthorized transaction and submitted a complaint about the lack of verification. The bank representative initially informed me that the issue would be resolved within three business days. Due to the national holiday, I waited and called back after 10 days. This time, they stated that the resolution date was recorded as the 17th of the month. I waited until the 17th, but when I called again, they told me they could not provide a maximum resolution timeframe as the investigation was still ongoing. It has now been almost one month, and no action has been taken yet. Previously, I had encountered a similar issue with Akbank for a lower amount, and the refund was processed within 10 days. This time, despite being initially promised a three-business-day resolution, I have been given no clear timeline. I request the immediate refund of the disputed amount to my account.
