TEB Rejected My 60-Month Loan Restructuring Request Before Debt Went to Collections

Thank you

My request to restructure my TEB credit card and flexible loan payments with the 60-month installment plan approved by the government was rejected because my debt has not yet gone into collections. However, once the debt is in collections, I will no longer be eligible for a restructuring loan, meaning I am being denied the opportunity to repay my debt. Despite the government's 60-month restructuring plan being officially published in the Official Gazette, I was told that no such information had been received. What am I supposed to do now? Should I let my debt go into collections, face legal action, or even end up in prison to get a better outcome? You're already charging double the original debt in interest under restructuring—what kind of logic is this? I will fight for my rights in every way possible and cut all ties with the bank once I get what I am entitled to.
