I restructured the total debt on my Garanti Bank credit cards in order to make easy payments, but since the reason for my restructuring was that I could not even pay the minimum amount on my credit cards, I specifically asked the call center representative I spoke with for information on how much I would pay monthly. And since a reasonable amount was said, I wanted to make installments. However, the call center representative did not give me information about the additional fees that would be charged in addition to the monthly payments. The monthly amount reaches an average of ₺45,000 in the first payment. And by restructuring, I increased the debt from ₺137,000 to ₺334,000. I will not be able to pay this money and I want my restructurings to be canceled. In case of an opposite situation, I request that all my call records be listened to, so I would like to state that I will file a lawsuit regarding the psychological problems and stress I am experiencing. I declare that I do not accept the situation of my current debt increasing due to your bank's misdirection.
