I Was Denied 60 Month Restructuring for My Loan by Akbank
When I requested to restructure my personal loan of ₺276,000 from Akbank, they informed me that it could not be extended beyond 12 months and offered no assistance whatsoever to their customer. I even explained my financial difficulties and asked for flexibility, but they remained unhelpful. I want this situation to be corrected. Akbank completely disregards the official regulation published in the Official Gazette that allows restructuring up to 60 months under certain conditions. Many other banks are already complying with this rule, which makes Akbank’s stance even more disappointing. I am requesting that my grievance regarding this issue be resolved.
