TEB Bank Life Insurance Cancellation Issue

On May 24, 2024, I requested to cancel the life insurance policy number 5434**67 tied to my ₺250,000 loan with TEB Bank. According to relevant regulations of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and Article 13 of the Insurance Law, the policyholder has the right to cancel the insurance policy linked to the loan and have the corresponding amount refunded to their account upon request.

Therefore, I kindly request the cancellation of the life insurance deducted from my account for the loan and the refund of the amount to my account.
