Garanti BBVA Deducted Money From My Loan for Unwanted Insurance

On June 30, 2025, I applied for a ₺150,000 personal loan at the Garanti BBVA branch in Karataş, Şahinbey, Gaziantep. The loan was approved on the same day. However, ₺862.20 was deducted as an allocation fee, and ₺9,247.20 was deducted under the name of a life insurance policy. Bank representatives informed me that the insurance could be canceled and refunded and advised me to contact customer service. Despite calling customer service and branch representatives multiple times, I have not received a positive or solution-oriented response regarding my grievance. I request the refund of the ₺9,247.20 deducted from my loan account and that my issue be resolved.
