Tried to Cancel TeamViewer Subscription but Got Billed €775 Anyway

I was using the TeamViewer Business package. Starting in July, I stated that I wanted to cancel my subscription, but TeamViewer attempted to automatically renew it. Despite my cancellation request, I was charged an additional €775 and was asked to pay this amount. In my correspondence with the company, no solution was offered—only that I needed to pay the fee. I have an invoice with the number R03921775, and my account is registered under the email h********@windowslive.com.

Due to this issue I experienced this year, I have been negatively impacted. I request that my subscription be fully canceled and that the additional fee charged to me be removed.
