TLC Smartwatch Not Working Properly

When my son was in the first grade, I bought him a TLC smartwatch. Even though it's been three years, we are still having major location problems. For the past few months, the watch has always shown location data that is out of date. At the moment, it's showing a location from 10 hours ago, and when I try to update, it just spins around and around without refreshing. This brand doesn't have good customer service in Turkey, which is a shame. It took me seven tries to get through to their customer service after calling them six times and having my phone shut down each time. Their idea for a solution? This is the fourth time I've had to reinstall the program.
