LG B43L 5531 4W2 TV: Warranty Woes and Unjust Repair Charges!

Due to issues, I filed a service request for my warranty-covered B43L 5531 4W2 TV on August 28, 2023. The earliest available appointment is said to be on September 2, 2023. Even if the service arrives on time, the repair process will take another 8-10 days. When I dropped the product off at the nearest service center on my own, they insisted on charging me an upfront fee of 4,800.00 TL, claiming that the internal panel damage was not covered by warranty. Despite the fact that there is no visible external damage to the TV screen, they claim internal panel breakage has caused significant distress. I demand that the necessary actions be taken to replace the item within the warranty period. If not, I will vigorously defend my rights through Consumer Rights and social media in order to address my complaint and prevent others from experiencing similar problems.
